Well, that’s it another year gone, and by all accounts a belter of a year, we have played on some great courses and had some great times, even a bit of fancy dress thrown in for good measure.

Big thanks to Captain for this year Steve Robertson, who will be leaving us for the Emerald Isles, Ringway as usual hosted us for our final event, and also the largest turnout of the year, Daniel Barber took first place just beating his equally talented father Chris Barber in second place, Barry Moran came a respectable third after a card playoff. We had four guests, and Hugo Roberts won the best guest prize, longest drive went to Iain Fish and the nearest pin to Don Bryce, yes not a typo Don Bryce! Well done, Don. Two’s tote was won by Alex Rydstrom.

The coveted prize of the Wegewood Bowl and £100 was won by Dave Wilkinson.

A big thank you to all that have participated in the events this year and hope to see you all again next year. We are still looking for the Vice Captain for 2026 who will then become Captain for 2027. Fancy it please let me know, Also let me know you suggestions for venues for 2026 asap.

So what happens now?. The AGM has been set for Friday 28^th November 2025 at the Bulls Head (Upstairs) from 19:00 when all will be revealed for the next season.
